I’m an Integrative psychotherapist, which means that I blend several different therapeutic approaches (e.g. developmental, psychodynamic, gestalt and CBT) to use the best of each. From this base, I work with each client differently – tailoring my approach to offer what is most helpful.
I have held a number of clinical positions across London based community counselling services, and completed short-term honorary placements in Mind and the NHS. I also have over ten years experience in the corporate sector, supporting individuals and teams to challenge the status quo and change behaviour.
In addition to my private practice, I currently work as a Facilitator and Coach to promote positive mental health in the workplace.
I’m a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and I subscribe to the BACP and Metanoia Institute's codes of ethics.
